DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Yes, we charge a sales tax of 8.65%.
IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?
We value your privacy while shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary.
THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK.
If a product is marked as not in stock, it's likely that we're in the process of re-stocking this item. Please feel free to contact us about your interest in our products and we'll notify you the date the item is expected back in stock.
ARE YOU ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?
Yes! Everything possible is responsibly sourced and sustainably made. The paper mills we use are hydro or wind-powered and recycle the water used. Even the 'fluff' we use to securely ship glass items is USA made and recycled.
CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS LOCALLY?
Yes! Head on over to our retailers page to see if we're stocked in a store near you. Please keep in mind that most of our retailers don't carry all of our products.
DO YOU WORK WITH INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE PERSONALIZED ORDERS?
Customized orders typically ship in about 2-4 weeks from the order date. Please get in touch if your order is time sensitive.
CAN I REORDER WITHOUT PAYING FOR CUSTOM ART AGAIN?
Yes! Just shoot us an email with your order.
WILL I SEE A PROOF?
Customers for personalized orders will typically receive their proofs 1-2 weeks after we've discussed design details.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY PERSONALIZED ORDER?
After placing your personalized order we will email you to confirm the details. Once you confirm everything is correct, your order is non-refundable. Please note that upon final approval of your personalized order, we cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc). By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
As we're a small business we don't usually accept returns or exchanges. Our goods are handmade and may have slight variations. If you're unhappy with your order, please get in touch and we can figure out a solution together.
